Compassionate care from experienced professionals in women’s health

Kristen completed her medical degree in 2006 followed by studies in paediatrics working in rural NSW and remote NT.
She moved to Coffs Harbour to complete General Practice training in 2013 and has continued her passion for Women's Health and perinatal mental health at the Coffs Harbour Women's Health Centre. With an interest in fertility and reproductive endocrinology she completed the UNSW Postgraduate certificate of Reproductive Medicine in 2024. She is passionate about health incorporating both the body and the mind and wellbeing incorporating quality connections and a sustainable lifestyle.
Interests: Pre-conception counselling, fertility, early pregnancy care, postnatal care and wellbeing, sexual health, menstrual management and contraception.

Dr Lazzaro is a GP with advanced training in Women’s health with RANZCOG, and is a member of the Australasian Menopause Society. She is a Lecturer at the School of Clinical Medicine, UNSW, and also works in Aboriginal Health.
Interests: Women’s Health, menopause, menstruation, contraception, unplanned pregnancy, and early pregnancy support

Aaron completed his medical degree in 2008 at the University of Newcastle followed by specialty training at the Royal Hospital for Women including a fellowship in minimally invasive gynaecology. Aaron has subsequently completed a Master in Medicine and a PhD assessing stress in surgeons. Aaron moved to Coffs Harbour with his family in 2018 and continues to provide consultation predominantly on endometriosis, pelvic pain, and abnormal bleeding.
He is certified in advanced laparoscopic surgery and a credentialled robotic gynaecologist.
Interests: Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, complex pelvic mass, fibroids, uterine abnormalities; and early pregnancy care

A dedicated and experienced sonographer, Ashlee has a special interest in gynaecology and obstetric ultrasound. Born and raised locally, she is passionate about giving back to her community by providing compassionate, high-quality care to women at all stages of life.
A proud mum of two beautiful children, Ashlee brings both professional and personal understanding to her work.

With five years of medical reception experience, Madi is an original GOAT 🐐 and one of the friendly faces keeping things running smoothly at Saige Health. Approachable and always up for a laugh, she ensures every patient feels welcome and supported.

Tess is another original GOAT 🐐 with 5 years’ experience in specialist medical reception. Greeting patients, answering phone calls, and organising surgical procedures, Tess enjoys working at Saige where she is constantly learning and aiming to maintain a calming and caring environment.

Whilst she may be our newest GOAT 🐐 to the team, Tori has more than 15 years in medical reception and outpatient nursing. Some days she’ll be on the smiling front of house staff and others be holding your hand as you undergo a procedure. However you should meet her, Tori will make sure you feel safe and supported.

Erica is an endorsed midwife & women’s health clinician with a passion for supporting women’s health across all stages of life. As a mother of two, she brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her care. Erica offers pregnancy care, education and care planning-with a strong focus on continuity through antenatal and postnatal stages, tailored to each woman’s unique journey. Known for her warm personality, she loves a good laugh and thrives as part of a supportive, professional team. Erica believes that feeling comfortable and cared for makes all the difference.

Jo has been scanning since 1981! She initially training at RPA in Sydney before following her passion for pregnancy and gynaecology scanning at Sydney Ultrasound for Women, North Shore Ultrasound for Women, and Ultrasound Care. She has training countless sonographers and doctors and has given talk at both national and international conferences. Jo moved to Bellingen in 2015 and has been bring her amazing skills to women’s imaging in Coffs Harbour since.

Alex is a total health science nerd, relishes fun facts and couldn't be better suited to her profession as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Everyday, she loves helping people like you – whether you’re time-poor and looking for creative ways to tick the exercise box, dealing with a chronic illness or injury, or nervously dipping your toe back into the movement pool – start a new chapter of health, stick to it and see the kinds of changes that make a real impact to your daily life.
To Alex, the potency of exercise is not just that we can get fitter or stronger but it’s also the confidence and self-belief we get from trying something new and taking control of our health. When you’re feeling unfit, unwell, injured or like there are just not enough hours in the day to move mindfully, your health can feel like a runaway horse – out of your control and dragging you along for the ride. Alex is here to help you take the reins back – no matter what fitness level you’re at or chronic condition you’re managing.

As an independent physiotherapist working within a collaborative women’s health centre, Claire offers compassionate, evidence-based care with a special interest in pregnancy and postnatal physiotherapy, pelvic pain, and pelvic organ prolapse. She is passionate about helping women stay active and confident at every stage of life.
Claire provides expert support in managing pelvic girdle and back pain, abdominal separation, and chronic pelvic pain through education, manual therapy, and individualised exercise programs. She also offers conservative treatment for mild to moderate prolapse symptoms, focusing on pelvic floor muscle training and lifestyle strategies. Her tailored exercise plans are designed to support strength, mobility, and wellbeing, empowering women to move well and feel their best.
